Citizens will be entitled to higher interest of 0.25% on deposits of 12 months & above.
Penal interest on withdrawals of Deposits before maturity would be charged at 1% less on the rate for which the deposit is in force.
Revised rates are applicable for new deposits only and renewal of existing deposits at revised rates.
The rate of interest is subject to revision at the discretion of the Bank, without any notice.
