REGITRATION PROCESS

Customer has to submit duly filled form available at the branches. He has to filled SMS service and Mobile Banking Service

At the time registering in the system by bank officials, the customer will receive 2 SMS. One SMS sends the MPIN, Second SMS Sends the Transaction PIN

MPin is used for Log-in to the Mobile Banking application software and Transaction pin is used for funds transfer through IMPS

MOBILE APPLICATION SOFTWARE

Customer has to download The Pratap Co-op. Bank Ltd.’s Mobile Application from the google Play stores

For Example : For android phones, Custmer has to search and download “PCBL” The Pratap Co-op, Bank Ltd. Mobile application “from the Google Play Store”

MOBILE APPLICATION FUNCTIONING

Data Connection in Mobile with internet – Fund transfer limit (as Decided by Bank). At present the maximum funds transfer through mobile, the maximum limit per day is set to Rs.20,000

• PIN Change (Whenever required by the customer)
• Mini Statement – Statement of last 5 transaction on the mobile

IMPS FACILITIES

P2A – FUNDS TRANSFER TO ACCOUNT NUMBER

This option functions exactly like NEFT transfer

In this option we require 15 digit account number of the person you wish to transfer fund to His/Her Bank/Branch IFSC Code

Account

Select your account from which you wish to transfer funds

Enter Your Transaction PIN

Click on Submit

The system will display on the mobile screen the information you just entered and ask for your confirmation.

Once you confirm the amount is instantly transferred and a SMS flashed on the screen informing that the funds are transferred.
